Skills & experienceWill be a franchising lawyer at the Senior Associate level who has a working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act (NSW) and competency in drafting and advising on lease documentation (acting for both tenants and landlords).You will have a commitment to achieving a just outcome for your clients.Your new roleWill see you act for Australia’s leading retail brands, property companies, developers, family owned businesses, retail chains and international brands (with in excess of 1,000 stores) through to start-up businesses.You will draft and advise on leases, including Agreements for lease, fitout deeds, subleases, lease assignments, surrenders, default notices, terminations, exercise of options and rent reviews.
