Remote Office is looking for a Content Writer to join one of our Australian client's team and enrich websites with new blog posts, guides, and marketing copy. Content Writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types, and proofreading articles before publication. If you're familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we'd like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.Responsibilities:
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
  • Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
  • Submit work to editors for input and approval
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience working for B2B contents
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Experience in SEO writing
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Ability to analyse and understand data.
  • Experience developing social media strategies.
  • Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
  • Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
  • Proven ability to build social media communities.
