The Vessel Master is responsible for navigation, crew leadership, safety drills, and management systems as well as reporting requirements. Clear communication, physical fitness, and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines are paramount in the role.SeaLink NT has multiple full-time positions available. As the positions are based in Darwin, the successful candidate will need to be based locally or be willing to relocate to Darwin.About YouWe are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and proven leadership skills to join our marine crew. These attributes will be complemented by experience and skills in the following areas:

Proven track record of excellent customer service
Effective communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of safety and maritime obligations
Senior First Aid and Resuscitation Qualification
Drivers Licence
Physical fitness and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines is paramount in this role
Experience in the tourism industry will be well regarded
