Manage industrial relations matters in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Provide expert advice on industrial awards, agreements, and workplace policies.
Facilitate negotiations and consultations with unions and employee representatives.
Conduct investigations and resolve workplace disputes effectively.
Develop and implement strategies to minimise industrial relations risks.
Ensure compliance with Fair Work and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for senior management.
Collaborate with the broader Human Resources team to support organisational goals.
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have:
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of industrial relations legislation and best practices.
Experience managing workplace disputes and negotiations effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
