- Interpret briefs with a strategic eye, ensuring creative output aligns with brand and business goals.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and scope without losing sight of the creative spark.
- Work closely with designers, strategists, and directors to produce work that is both beautiful and commercially effective.
- Spot opportunities to add value and grow client accounts.
- Contribute confidently to brand workshops and strategic sessions.
- Lead smaller strategy projects independently, such as brand audits, competitor reviews, and positioning frameworks.
- Stay up to date with trends in branding, packaging, and QSR/consumer markets to inspire and inform your work.
- A strategic approach and a clear understanding of how creativity drives business success.
- Strong communication skills, able to express ideas clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
