Available Hours: 2, 3 or 5 days per week - negotiableAbout the RoleThis is a great opportunity to join a supportive and friendly Radiology team providing essential imaging services to the Stawell and wider community. As the receptionist/administration clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the department through scheduling appointments, managing referrals and patient records, and delivering excellent customer service.You'll work alongside experienced staff in a collaborative environment, with on-the-job training provided. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, is highly organised, and values being part of a team that makes a difference.Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Process referrals and maintain patient records
- Manage phone, email and in-person enquiries
- Order and monitor office supplies
- Provide reception support to Radiology staff
- Uphold confidentiality and professional standards
- Strong admin skills using Microsoft Office
- Confident communicator with a helpful manner
- Professional customer service focus
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Adaptable, organised and detail-oriented
