- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
- Sourcing: Utilize various methods to identify high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
- Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- DEI Strategies: Develop strategies to attract diverse talent pools and promote underrepresented groups in the recruitment process.
- Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and progress toward DEI goals.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to DEI with experience developing inclusive recruiting practices.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
