Providing Support to the Motion Sales and Service Team and the Energy Solutions Sales Manager, you will build strong customer relations, whilst enhancing the reputation of the business.Being customer focused and customer driven, ensure all sales are delivered on time and to the customers’ requirements. Key responsibilities include:
  • Timely processing of customer orders and enquiries.
  • Process sales enquiries, and or assign leads and follow up to the dedicated state Sales Leader.
  • Dispatching of stock: Checking orders are complete and invoicing details are correct.
  • Data Entry: Using Oracle – Stock processing and sales and requisitions.
  • Update Sales Force with customer delivery details.
  • Open Orders Report: Co Ordinate and Forecast sales orders.
  • Generate master forms for all new products so they are accurately recorded on the data base.
  • Keep the State Sales Manager up to date with all activities within the Production / sales area.
Skills & experience
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you must possess the following key attributes:
  • Previous Customer service and sales support experience.
  • Solution based sales and service approach, with the ability to work under pressure to meet customer requests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication must be able to prepare and make clear and concise presentations to suppliers / stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Office365, Excel, Word and power point. Experience using Oracle, Sales Force, and familiarity as well as the ability to use hardware and software critical to the facility and company.
  • Knowledge of electrical components, industrial batteries and or technical sales / parts interpretation highly regarded, but not essential.
