Global Remuneration Analyst - Federal Government | 12-Month Contract | Canberra

• Duration: 12-month initial contract (with possible extensions).
• Location: Canberra, ACT.
• Eligibility: Australian Citizenship and NV1 security clearance are required.

• Conduct annual reviews of remuneration and benefits across 100+ overseas posts.
• Analyse actuarial data and market intelligence to determine salary adjustments, ensuring defensible and consistent outcomes.
• Maintain and enhance remuneration analysis models (Excel-based), including PowerQuery connections and formula validation.
• Manage data accuracy, documentation, and survey processes with overseas missions and external suppliers.
• Procure and integrate high-quality market data for comparative analysis.
• Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders, incorporating local and global market contexts.
• Represent the department in professional engagements with external providers and partner organisations.

• Strong expertise in HR, remuneration analysis, or accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with large and complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide high-level strategic advice.
• Experience working in a federal government or large, complex organisation will be highly regarded.
