
Global Remuneration Analyst - Federal Government | 12-Month Contract | Canberra

- Eligibility: Australian Citizenship and NV1 security clearance are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual reviews of remuneration and benefits across 100+ overseas posts.
- Analyse actuarial data and market intelligence to determine salary adjustments, ensuring defensible and consistent outcomes.
- Maintain and enhance remuneration analysis models (Excel-based), including PowerQuery connections and formula validation.
- Manage data accuracy, documentation, and survey processes with overseas missions and external suppliers.
- Procure and integrate high-quality market data for comparative analysis.
- Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders, incorporating local and global market contexts.
- Represent the department in professional engagements with external providers and partner organisations.
- Strong expertise in HR, remuneration analysis, or accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with large and complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide high-level strategic advice.
- Experience working in a federal government or large, complex organisation will be highly regarded.
