- Lead and develop the operations team to achieve business goals
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and quality
- Implement and refine operational policies and procedures
- Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
