As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled Legal & Compliance Manager to join the current high-performing team and help shape the future of legal and regulatory excellence across the business.The OpportunityReporting to the General Manager - Legal and Compliance , this role is responsible for delivering strategic legal support, managing compliance frameworks, and overseeing high-risk legal matters. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the operations remain aligned with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on Australian Consumer Law, ACCC, Franchise Code, and other key areas.
- Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and document management.
- Support strategic legal projects, investigations, and regulatory reviews.
- Promote a strong compliance culture across all departments.
- Represent the Legal function in cross-departmental forums and stakeholder engagements.
- Law degree and admission as a Legal Practitioner in Australia.
- Current legal practising certificate.
- 5+ years' legal experience, ideally in-house or corporate.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, governance, and compliance.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Qualifications in Governance, Business, or Risk Management.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with multinational corporate environments.
