Access theThe Northern Peninsula Area State College communities consist of people who identify strongly with Aboriginal culture, Torres Strait Islander culture and non-indigenous cultures. Many local families originate from Saibai Island and Badu Island, as well as many other islands in the Torres Strait. Currently it has approximately 60 registered teachers in teaching and administrative roles throughout all the campuses. Strong links with TAFE have been developed.
