- Knowledge and understanding of Early Learning STEM and Creative Art pedagogies and the development of investigation, exploration and project opportunities for children.
- Knowledge and experience in the implementation of sustainable practices and environmental awareness issues in Early Childhood Education.
- Understanding of the importance of family and engaging the wider community in the early childhood learning program.
- Knowledge and understanding of the importance of inclusion and inclusive practices.
- Relevant experience
- An ACCEQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree,
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates and approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
- NESA Teacher Accreditation
- Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children,
- Current Working with Children Check
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011),
