We are looking for an exceptional Relief Retail Supervisor who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a local community.Do you have a passion for leading people and delivering results but most importantly, you understand how to create a welcoming environment for the client and team alike.If yes, we are looking for you to join our FIFO management team.The Opportunity:Exciting opportunities exist for an experienced Relief Retail Supervisor to work a Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) roster at our village in regional Western Australia.Reporting to the Village Manager, the primary objective of this role is to effectively manage the entire Retail Department in line with ISS standards and contractual agreements.
  • Great salary of $101,000 + Super.
  • 2:1 roster.
The Position:The Relief Retail Supervisor will take up to role of Retail Supervisor for 1 week of their swing and operate as a retail utility for the remaining week of their swing.They are responsible for managing the day to day operations for their assigned department. This includes ensuring all Occupational Health and Safety, Hygiene, Environmental and Quality Standards are met by staff.ISS is seeking an experienced Relief Retail Supervisor to lead our on-site department, provide an excellent cleaning service, while ensuring all contractual obligations are met.What we are looking for:
  • Approved Manager (unrestricted) License.
  • Full Australian driving license.
  • Previous experience in FIFO retail.
  • Implement and control the department budget.
  • Implement and review service standards.
  • Assist the Human Resources team in the recruitment and selection of team members.
  • Ensure effectiveness of training, performance evaluations and counselling of staff for the department.
  • Ensure a strong interface with Front Office and other managers as required.
  • You will be required to provide leadership, support and coordinate site staff in maintaining a customer focused and safe working environment.
  • As you will be in constant contact with senior executives and external representatives, you will display polished presentation and communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills are an essential requirement of the role as is a strong decision making capability.
  • Police Clearance or willing to obtain one and medically fit to pass pre-employment medical.
