- Full-time leadership position, working within the centre's welcoming operating hours of 6am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
- Lead an 80-place, Meeting-rated centre with a strong commitment to quality and community
- Join our newest purpose-built, architecturally designed centre on the corner of Ramsay and Alderley Streets, Centenary Heights
- Work with state-of-the-art facilities and thoughtfully designed learning environments, from nursery through to kindergarten
- Oversee inspiring outdoor play spaces offering nature-based learning, including:
- Dedicated junior play space for our Nursery children
- A vibrant senior play space for Toddlers and Kindergarten with water play, sandpits, sensory paths, yarning circle, and quiet retreat areas

- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
