- Front-end/projects focus within a highly regarded procurement team
- Advise on a broad range of project structures and contract forms, including:
- PPP projects
- D&C contracts (with/without ECI elements)
- Managing contractor contracts
- Services agreements
- Australian Standard and other industry forms
- Alliance contracts, access agreements, and other bespoke arrangements
- Work on nationally significant projects involving complex commercial issues
- Collaborate closely with market-leading lawyers in the projects space
- 4+ years PQE in front-end construction/projects
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Proven experience with a variety of construction & infrastructure contracts
- Commercially focused with strong client management skills
- Team player who thrives in a busy, high-performing environment
