Lancemore Hotels is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our Head Office team in Melbourne CBD.Reporting to our Group Director of Sales & Marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales or reservations professional who’s eager to take the next step in a high-performing, supportive environment.About The RoleYou’ll play a key part in driving sales across our portfolio by:Sourcing and securing new business opportunities across MICE and other market segmentsManaging and nurturing key accounts with care and creativityConducting site inspections and familiarisation events to showcase our propertiesConverting leads into high-value bookings with confidence and flairCollaborating with a talented team to meet and exceed revenue targets and deliver exceptional client experiences What we are looking forExperience in hotel Sales, Reservations, or Business Development, with exposure to MICE and EventsProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIsA confident communicator and natural relationship builderEstablished networks in the corporate or events space (a bonus!)Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work both independently and collaborativelyA positive, can-do attitude with a warm and professional approachExperience with lead generation, cold calling, and converting enquiries into results Why join Lancemore Hotels?Since 1986, Lancemore Hotels has been a trailblazer in boutique luxury and residential conferencing.
