- Degree in a relevant discipline (project management, engineering, accounting or business administration).
- Five years or more experience in relevant capital work planning/programming or project management, preferably within Local Government.
- Knowledge of the project management principles and process from client brief to handover.
- Knowledge of Local Government annual and Long-Term Financial Plan budgeting processes.
- Current unrestricted ‘C’ class driver’s licence.
