You'll be part of a well-established financial services group, supported by a strong leadership team including some of the industry's most respected names. The insurance team is embedded within a wider finance business, creating a warm pipeline of leads via 25+ finance brokers.

What’s the day-to-day?
  • Lead, mentor and grow your team of brokers
  • Manage a portfolio of the larger, more complex clients
  • Turn warm leads into long-term, profitable client relationships
  • Partner with internal finance brokers to maximise opportunities
  • Drive service excellence, retention and smart new business conversion
  • Shape and execute strategies to scale the division sustainably
What we’re looking for:
  • Tier 1 qualified and proven in insurance broking or distribution
  • A leader – not just by title, but by presence, intent and action
  • Commercially sharp, relationship-savvy and growth-driven
  • Confident navigating a high-trust, fast-paced environment
