There is many different roles available within pipe crews, sub division works, bulk earthworks etc.Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
- Read and interpret site plans and blueprints.
- Assist in site preparation, including clearing, grading, and excavation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Excavator ticket
- Construction white card
- License is necessary as you will be required to move from site to site
- Previous proven experience required
- Proven experience as an excavator operator.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to help on the ground when required
- GPS + Final Trim experience is a BONUS
