- Thought leadership in the area of Customer and Channel strategy, including defining the future of Optus customer engagement across multiple channels
- Bring insight into trends in customer interactions and expectations
- Incubate new digital customer and channel ideas
- Own strategic portfolio management including ensuring strategic plans align to and support our vision
- Drive outcomes for the customer that further differentiate Optus
- Experience working in consulting firms in Strategy and Digital Strategy formulation will set you up for success in the role
- 3 days in the office, 2 days remote – with flexible hours to suit!
