Now we just need you.Responsibilities:A real endeavour, shaped by youWe have an opportunity with our Defence customer within Deployed-ICT for a System Engineer - System Monitoring to join a new team to provide report on monitoring of current systems of the project, and develop monitoring requirements for the refresh of the DIE system.To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

Provide report on monitoring of current system and other monitoring systems in related project such as WNA
Develop requirements for the refresh of the DIE system regarding the following:

System Monitoring
Identify candidate software to meet the requirements
Provide an evaluation report on the software including recommendations
Conduct an evaluation of the candidate monitoring solutions
Deliver High Level Design for the DIE refresh monitoring solution
Deliver a build guide for the monitoring solution
Deliver an As Built As Configured template for the build
Deliver the scripts required to build the monitoring solution
Oversee the deployment of the solution in the DIE

Qualifications:A real endeavour, driven by youOur work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

Hold current and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
Effective communication and analytical skills are required.
An excellent working knowledge of system monitoring (ie SCOM).
