Support from a growing team of SDRs, client managers, and sales enablementWhat You’ll Actually Do:
Own the full sales cycle – from discovery to proposal and close
Handle inbound leads across multiple services, especially R&D grants
Convert one-off clients into multi-service accounts through effective solution selling
Follow up like a pro – track every deal, chase every lead, close every time
Use HubSpot to manage pipeline, forecasts, and activities
Collaborate with accountants and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoversWhat We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of B2B sales experience – ideally in services, SaaS, or agency-style environments
Strong follow-up habits – someone who chases, not waits
Ability to manage high-volume inbound leads and close with consistency
Excellent communication – verbal and written – and strong commercial acumen
Comfort using CRMs like HubSpot and selling to small-to-mid-sized businesses
Ideally Brisbane-based with the ability to work from a shared office 2–3 days/week
Mature mindset – no hand-holding, just self-motivation and accountabilityWhat Success Looks Like:

Close 20–30% of qualified inbound leads
Maintain a strong cadence of follow-up and proactive deal management
