This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management. Working closely with senior management, you will provide accurate insights and ensure sound financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
- Provide variance analysis, financial modelling, and cost control reporting.
- Partner with department heads to drive accountability for budget performance.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and strategies for improved financial outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
You are a proactive and detail-oriented accounting professional with strong analytical and communication skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proven track record in financial management and budget control.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA highly regarded).
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting, with demonstrated expertise in budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience highly desirable.
- Ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
