Join a legendary team and keep the wheels turning at the heart of our Laverton branch.We’re on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused professional to step into the fast-paced role of Service Coordinator – someone ready to play a vital part in the smooth delivery of service operations across one of our busiest branches.Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll be the key link between our customers, technicians, and wider service team – juggling bookings, fielding technical queries, coordinating work orders, and ensuring every job runs on time and to the highest standard. A mechanical trade background will be a big advantage, helping you to quickly understand customer needs and support our techs with confidence.At William Adams, your career is more than a job – it’s a pathway.   • Booking and scheduling work in progress
  • Liaising with customers throughout their machine repairs
  • Providing clear, accurate and timely information for machine repairs and Used Equipment build ups
  • Quotations following inspection work.
  • Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear
  • Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions
ABOUT YOUYou'll bring a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and strong organisational skills to the role. While not essential, a background in the mechanical trade would be a valuable bonus.To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes:
  • Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Operational experience within the heavy mechanical industry desirable
  • A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
