- Develop, implement, and review policies and safe work procedures
- Conduct site-based safety engagements (Risk Assessments, Take 5s, JSAs, audits, etc.)
- Lead incident investigations and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate injury management and return-to-work programs
- Drive continuous improvement and cultural change in HSE practices
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
- Maintain documentation and data in line with company standards
- Deliver data analysis and HSE reporting to internal stakeholders
- Proactively promote health initiatives across the workforce
- Tertiary qualifications in a HSEQ-related discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, engineering or similar
- Strong working knowledge of HSEQ systems –g. SharePoint, MS Teams, Rapid Global
- Proven experience in ISO management systems and certification
- A collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and cultural change
- Qualifications and practical experience in return-to-work coordination and workers’ compensation
