
Campaign Strategy Lead

- Review and interpret client briefs to gain a deep understanding of the brands marketing challenges in order to unpack the winning solution
- Successfully manage brief to pitch process from end to end on designated responses
- Lead and contribute to brainstorms and ideation on your assigned projects, fostering a culture of creativity
- Develop holistic solution with a compelling narrative, clear overarching idea and rationale throughout response, striving for creative excellence
- Work with research and category experts in the business to articulate the role of selected channels and Nine brands, delivering why Nine, justifying recommended solutions, and how they deliver against the client's objectives
- Collaborate with Content Partnerships teams to ensure all formats and platforms are considered for relevant briefs, with the best mix ultimately put forward
- Act as strong support for sales in providing strategic comms advice, working closely with sales team on the pitch presentation giving clear direction
- Promote new ways of thinking/working to deliver BIG IDEAS for brands and agencies
- Represent Powered Sydney and attend client briefings, presentations and meetings as required
- 3-5 years of relevant media experience, ideally in an integrated sales, strategy or solutions function, with demonstrated experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Ability to analyse client needs and use them to develop an effective, creatively led, commercial solution
- Ability to convey complex ideas/information in a simple and impactful way
- Excellent organisational skills, with strength in planning, time-management and follow-through, delivering to strict deadlines
- Confident presentation skills, including advanced use of Powerpoint
- Solid understanding of marketing and comms principles, including fundamentals of channel planning and strategy
- Strong relationship building skills across varying areas of business/seniority, both internal and external, with the capability to influence, negotiate and mediate to reach an optimum outcome for all parties
