Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and leading a team of two established Area Managers across 24 centres, the Regional Manager will:
- Coach, support and inspire Area Managers and Centre Leaders to deliver high-quality early learning experiences and strong business outcomes across a portfolio of centres
- Champion a safe and inclusive workplace, driving high standards in child safety, team wellbeing and regulatory compliance
- Oversee the commercial performance of the region, including P&L responsibility, workforce planning, and strategic resource allocation
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement aligned with G8’s values and long-term vision
You’re a people-first operational leader with a passion for early learning and a track record of building strong teams and great centre outcomes.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading multisite teams within early learning or a related sector
- A collaborative leadership style with strengths in coaching, performance and culture uplift
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, WHS and child safety
- Commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets and driving business performance
- A relevant qualification in business or early childhood education
