- Owning full-funnel attribution through to revenue in partnership with Revenue/Sales Operations.
- Delivering regular reporting on Marketing performance, such as ROI, CAC efficiency, and funnel progression.
- Running recurring reviews of pipeline quality, velocity, and average deal size with Marketing and Sales leaders to drive alignment.
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales to measure campaign and GTM impact in line with OKR achievement.
- Establishing and managing an A/B and multivariate testing framework across web and campaigns.
- Modelling sales and adoption forecasts versus spend to support operational readiness for major campaigns and product releases.
- Partnering with ML Ops to develop and embed workflows that automate analysis and surface buyer and competitive signals.
- 8+ years' experience across Marketing Analytics, Marketing/Revenue Operations or Insights in B2B Saas/Tech.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-funnel reporting and attribution across CRM, MAP, ABM/DSP platforms and BI tools (for example, Salesforce, Marketo, Hockeystack).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and commercial forecasts.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Finance.
- AI curiosity and hands-on experience applying AI/ML concepts in GTM contexts.
- Excellent storytelling and influence skills for executive audiences.
