- Bsc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 3 years as Contract Admin on construction or fit out projects over $10m.
- Australian commercial building market experience is essential.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detailed understanding of Australian building standards.
- Permanent residence and full works right for Australia only.
- Oversee and manage contract administration and compliance
- Scoping and letting of sub-contractor packages
- Generate routine reports detailing the current status of contracts
- Draft internal and external communications related to contractual issues
- Address and resolve contract disputes
- Conduct contract payment reviews and audits
- Organise and retain all necessary contractual records and documentation
