Epiroc Australia is growing and we are looking for committed people to join our team in delivering the best possible customer service to the mining and construction industries.We want to invest in you and develop your career, to ensure you bring your best self to work and are a valuable part of our high-performance teams.We are currently seeking a Service Supervisor to join our team in Orange this position will be responsible for the day to day operations and activities of all Epiroc resources in the region.Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to:
  • Managing the service operations with an emphasis on providing exceptional service to our clients
  • Managing activities to meet business needs within-
  • Field service, workshop planning and execution
  • Parts and service forecasting, planning and delivery
  • Customer service management and operational reporting
  • Developing and maintaining a safe, productive culture, compliance with OHS, Quality & Environment policies of Epiroc as well as our customers.
To be successful in this position you will need to have the following attributes:
  • Relevant experience in the mining maintenance industry
  • Effective people management and Professional customer service skills
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Self-Motivated
