- Reporting to and working alongside the Managing Director
- Lead project managers, technicians, and subcontractors
- Oversee installation and commissioning of security and communication systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
- Manage Cat6A cabling, rack replacements, and network switch/UPS installs
- Ensure compliance, quality, and timely project delivery
- Complete reports and audits
- $150k - $170k + Super (Negotiable on experience)
- Company Vehicle
- Senior leadership position
- Lead a team of Project Managers and Technicians
- A wide variety of exciting and impactful projects
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager or senior level position in the Data Communications or Electronic Security industry
- Electrical License (desirable)
- High level of knowledge and experience in communications systems
- Exposure to security systems (access control, CCTV, alarm systems)
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Full Australian working rights and residency
