A fulltime role requires you to relocate and live on the island at K'gari Beach Resort. Get ready to embrace island life and make your mark in our exceptional culinary team.About YouYou are a trade qualified Sous Chef with at least 4 years' culinary service, with the right to live and work in Australia indefinitely and hold the following qualifications and experience:

Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification (essential)
Diploma Hospitality Management (desirable)
HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene training
Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
Experience working in a hotel/resort (highly regarded)
