ABOUT THE COMPANY.This nationally recognised Quantity Surveying firm is renowned for their professional and quality services across a wide variety of projects including Residential, Commercial, Education, Health and Civil. The firm is expanding with a large portfolio of exciting opportunities and therefore require a Quantity Surveyor who is driven to develop their expertise in these areas.ABOUT THE POSITION.This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion.DUTIES.

Manage clients and other stakeholders.
Responsible for variations and progress claims.
Conduct Contracts Administration services.
Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/ pre-tender estimates.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Quantity Surveying)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
