Lead and mentor concierge & valet teams, set premium 5* service standards, oversee department reporting and financials in this key senior hotel role About the OpportunityWe're searching for a Chief Concierge to lead and inspire a large concierge, bell and porter team within one of Brisbane's most recognisable luxury hotels. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee guest arrivals, departures, valet and bespoke guest services, all while setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Alongside daily operations, you'll manage rostering and team development, working closely with suppliers and ensuring your department reflects the highest standards of service.This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a flagship property, balancing operational oversight with the rewarding responsibility of coaching and your frontline team.Why You'll Love It Here

The Ideal Candidate

Proven management experience in a luxury or premium hotel, ideally at Chief Concierge, Asst Front Office Manager or Duty Manager level
Skilled at leading large, diverse teams, with a steady hand in managing turnover and staff dynamics
Calm, solutions-driven leader with experience handling guest complaints and fast-paced environments
A guest-first mindset, blending local knowledge with polished presentation
Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Converger or Oracle
Flexible, resilient, and confident balancing five-star service with the demands of a busy, city-based property
