  • Accurately process payroll transactions in line with company policies and compliance regulations.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of payroll systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and manage payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment between payroll and accounting functions.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within the payroll function.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Testing Payroll Associate should have:
  • ADP GlobalView and Preceda experience highly regarded
  • Proven experience in payroll operations, ideally within large enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise agreements and their application in payroll
  • Exposure to system transitions or payroll project work highly regarded
  • Comfortable working in a large team environment with strong communication and collaboration skills
