This well-established service is seeking experienced and motivated General Practitioner with skills in Obstetrics to join their dynamic and close-knit team in a permanent capacity (flexible hours available).The RoleIn this dual-scope position, you'll provide integrated care to antenatal and postnatal patients within a supportive multidisciplinary maternity team. Your clinical responsibilities will include:
- Managing maternity inpatients in collaboration with midwifery staff
- Providing antenatal care and attending deliveries that require medical input
- Engaging in quality and safety initiatives
- Participating in local health committees and service improvement projects
- Fellowship with RACGP and/or ACRRM
- Advanced GP Obstetric skills, with a successful RANZCOG Advanced Diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-based model of care
- A strong commitment to clinical excellence and community health
