- Responsible for the overall management, daily operations and driving business performance for the Hotel
- Coaching and mentoring team members, assisting in their development and career progression.
- Contribute positively to the local tourism economy to drive a strong brand presence. Building local relationships and engaging with partners.
- Achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction.
- Proven ability with cost controls across departments.
- Driving the revenue, sales & distribution strategy in partnership with the portfolio support team
- Ensure full compliance with operating controls and legislation in all areas of the business
- Promote the brand and ensure all brand essentials and standards are in place and executed consistently.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business
- Passionate to grow and develop self and others
- Strong relator with ability to build relationships
- Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively
- A proven leader who is able to inspire others
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs.
