As a Senior Research Agronomist you will:
  • Design, implement, and manage complex field trials across broadacre cropping systems
  • Lead projects in areas like crop protection, nutrition, genetics, and sustainable practices
  • Mentor and guide a collaborative team of researchers and field staff
  • Oversee multiple trial sites and ensure quality data collection and analysis
  • Engage with stakeholders to share insights and influence future practices
About You
You are a skilled agronomist who brings:
  • Extensive experience in agronomy or applied agricultural science
  • A proven track record leading research projects and delivering impactful outcomes
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Practical experience with field trial methodologies and data interpretation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
