Marketing ManagerTogether We DeliverWormall Civil has been in operation for 39 years and has built a reputation becoming a leading Western Australian Civil Construction company that strives to provide excellence in engineering, construction, and project management services.We are currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest region. Our projects have multiple active stages with project values ranging from $500K to $10million.About the Role:We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for our Main office in Cardup. You will be responsible for leading and managing the Marketing team. Your responsibilities include -

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, Mailchimp, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management (e.g. LinkedIn).
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
Researching and recommending the right channels to reach our audience.
Setting up and managing the relevant social media pages for our audience including posting regularly and analysing results to adapt as required.
Identify weakness in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints.

About You:

1-3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the civil construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proven experience in a leadership role or demonstrated leadership capabilities
A self-starter with innovative and creative marketing expertise
In-depth knowledge of brand strategy, retail marketing, strategic planning, and marketing principles

Australian drivers license and a reliable vehicle
Construction Safety Awareness Card / White Card.
