In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of high-end architectural projects from concept to completion through expert documentation and modelling. You'll collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals, bringing your strong technical acumen and proficiency in Revit to a diverse and prestigious portfolio.Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce exceptional architectural drawings, specifications, and detailed documentation utilising Revit (a must).
  • Develop and maintain high level Revit models for large-scale projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to studio standards.
  • Seamlessly manage and coordinate drawing sets and documentation with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure unwavering adherence to all relevant Australian building codes, standards, and regulations in all documentation.
  • Actively contribute to the studio's vibrant design culture through participation in team discussions and knowledge exchange related to technical documentation.
  • Effectively manage project timelines and resource allocation related to drafting and modelling tasks.
  • Stay at the forefront of architectural documentation innovation by continuously exploring emerging trends, technologies, and materials, particularly within the Revit ecosystem.
What You'll Bring:
  • A portfolio showcasing large-scale project experience is essential.
  • An Architecture degree is desirable, but extensive experience and proven competency in technical documentation, drafting, and Revit modelling for complex projects are highly valued.
  • 8+ years of demonstrable professional experience as a Technical Documenter, Drafter, or Revit Modeller.
  • Strong Revit experience is a must, with proven proficiency in developing and managing complex models and documentation sets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts with clarity and confidence.
  • A proven track record of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing project timelines related to documentation and modelling.
