Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator looking for your next opportunity? Join one of Australia's leading freight companies and become part of a high-performing team based in Minchinbury! This role involves both forklift driving and manual work. Your role will include manual handling up to 25kg, this includes strapping the trucks and loading and unloading.Key Responsibilities:

Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload freight
Manual handling
Strapping trucks manually
Handling general freight with care and efficiency
Working within a fast-paced transport environment
Ensuring all freight is sorted and staged correctly
Following safety procedures and company protocols

What We're Looking For:

Valid LF Forklift Licence with recent counterbalance experience
Previous freight handling or transport yard experience
Experience in loading and strapping trucks manually
Physically fit and able to lift/move freight as needed
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Team player with a strong work ethic
Must have no criminal convictions in the last 10 years
Pass a drug & alcohol test and medical
