They have been in operation for a number of years and are one of the leading players in their industry.With a progressive mentality & attitude towards their staff, they are able to offer a modern, supportive workplace with opportunity for staff to progress & develop a career.You will be reporting into a longstanding & supportive Financial ControllerJob Description- Management Accounts preparation and delivering insightful commentary to support the Management team in commercial decision making- Leading the budgeting & forecasting process for the group- Managing the transactional finance team, ensuring invoices are processed in a timely & accurate manner and ensuring the team remains supported & working hard- Working closely with Operations & Sales teams to ensure commercial activities are being driven to the highest possible standard- Driving changes & improvements to the finance processes, systems and ways of working, bringing a positive and educated change to the existing processes- Supporting the wider finance team - getting involved in month end & statutory reporting when required to support the teamThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have:- A recognised accounting qualification, or a relevant level of experience in relevant areas- Experience managing a team - ideally of three or more staff- Experience producing quality management reporting information- Exposure using different, complex accounting systemsWhat's on OfferI have a very competitive salary & package on offer for this role.- Salary up to $115,000 + superannuation- Flexible working - both in hours & in working from home, with up to two days WFH weekly- A bonus, dependent on personal & company performance- Griffith location with parking available on site- A supportive, progressive environment with career progression opportunities
