Core Talent is a proudly Australian-owned company providing engineering, construction, and project delivery resources across the structural, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join a major regional infrastructure project. This is a drive-in/drive-out role working alongside a high-performing team to deliver critical concrete and structural works on a fast-paced site.The Role

Managing incoming client Technical Queries (TQs) - sourcing information and providing responses
Overseeing on-site civil and structural works with a strong emphasis on concrete delivery
Acting as the technical liaison between client, site, and project teams
Ensuring compliance with project standards, specifications, and safety requirements
Supporting construction delivery teams and driving technical resolution under pressure from the client

About You

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Strong experience in structural and concrete works (essential)
Confident communicator - able to interact with clients, answer questions, and translate technical detail
Valid Driver's Licence and LABDAS required
Comfortable working on-site in a regional location
