- Deliver effective teaching and learning within classroom, workplace, simulated and online learning environments
- Utilise flexible, blended and inclusive learning techniques, options and products which are responsive to various cohorts
- Contribute to developing, and evaluating teaching and learning resources, assessment tools and processes that meet industry skills standards
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality of training and assessment
- Ensure that students adopt, and practise accepted safety procedures and sustainability in the learning and assessment environment
- Contribute to the evaluation and review of educational programs
- Participate in relevant professional learning activities
- Undertake general administration duties including marking, students' attendance, S
- Representing Mater Education at expos and events as required
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), highly desirable
- Valid Working with Children Card (BlueCard)
- Current Drivers Licence and a willingness to travel to other locations as required
- Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed Highly desirable and required for our accredited programs
- Strong background in health or clinical education
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for lifelong learning
- Preferable - Demonstrated understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and experience working within an RTO environment
- Detailed understanding of the relevant profession and accreditation requirements
- Strong adherence and acknowledgment of Policies and Procedures and industry requirements
- Ability to work well with peer educators and as part of a team
