You'll supervise Defence gym facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members. Working alongside Defence Physical Training Instructors (PTIs), your role includes:
- Opening/closing duties and equipment checks
- Supporting new members with facility orientation
- Monitoring equipment use and assisting with set-up
- Reporting maintenance issues and safety concerns
- Providing excellent customer service and upholding site protocols
- 1+ year in a similar role (preferred)
- Cert III Fitness and Pool Lifeguard Cert highly Mandatory
- Energetic with a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Current Senior First Aid & Resuscitation Certificate
- Undergo a pre-employment medical
- Undergo a National Police Clearance
- Reference checking
