In 2022 we donated over 27.4 million euros worldwide to charitable purposes and continue to work towards sustainable living, education for socially disadvantaged children and social cohesion.Job DescriptionThe main purpose of this role is to enhance workshop output, assist in meeting production demands/deadlines and conduct maintenance activities for workshop and plant equipment as needed.Position tasks include but are not limited to:

Assembly of Pumps, Motors, & Valves to fulfill production targets.
Reporting any production issues impacting delivery schedules.
Maintaining high-quality outputs to avoid warranty returns.
Efficient labor management across multiple projects.
Following detailed assembly instructions as per build manuals.
Participating in equipment maintenance and breakdown repairs.
Managing the availability and calibration of equipment.
Engaging in the resolution process for customer or internal quality concerns.

Qualifications

Australian citizen or permanent resident.
A commitment to uphold Health, Safety & Environment standards.
Mechanical Trade Certification.
Demonstrated technical expertise in hydraulic systems/component.
Experience in hydraulic or mechanical component repair.
Ability to work independently, with a high level of dedication and reliability.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
