Mitcham Girls High School is the only unzoned public girls' secondary school in South Australia. We are seeking an outstanding leader of teaching and learning who demonstrates the skills and abilities to collaborate with the Wellbeing Team to further develop the Wellbeing for Learning structures and processes across the site in line with the MGHS Strategic Directions and the DfE Areas of Impact: Wellbeing and Effective Learners.
The applicant will need to have excellent knowledge of Tailored Learning and working with a trauma informed mindset and an understanding of restorative practices. The successful applicant will also need to display skills and knowledge in working with staff, students and families in further developing MGHS as a safe, supportive and rigorous learning environment.Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
