
Team Leader - HP and MS Surface

- Manage the overall sales performance of the HP and MS Surface business, including revenue, margin, and pipeline development.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.
- Provide hands-on support across key accounts, ensuring customer needs are met and opportunities are maximised.
- Maintain and grow strategic relationships with vendors to support joint business planning and execution.
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure business objectives are met and risks are identified early.
- Implement structured sales processes and cadence to drive consistency and visibility across the team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align on go-to-market strategies and execution.
- Support change management initiatives and help the team adapt to evolving business priorities and market conditions.
- Represent the HP and MS Surface sales business in internal leadership forums and contribute to broader business planning.
- Direct account management of strategic partners.
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and managing individual customer accounts in the end-user computing and printing space.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles for devices such as notebooks, desktops, printers and peripherals.
- Familiarity with HP and Microsoft business models, vendor engagement processes, and partner programs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated capability in coaching and developing team members to achieve performance goals.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels.
- Experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting tools (e.g., CRM platforms).
- Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Comfortable working both strategically and tactically to support business outcomes.
