- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company policies across the Greenacre site.
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and lead incident investigations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
- Deliver WHS training and inductions to new and existing staff members.
- Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing department to address safety concerns.
- Monitor and report on key WHS metrics and performance indicators.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all WHS-related matters on-site.
- A relevant qualification in Workplace Health and Safety or a related field.
- Proven experience in a WHS role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in incident investigation and risk assessment processes.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to safety challenges.
- Experience working in an Engineering & Manufacturing environment is advantageous.
